Petugas penerima dan pencatat pendaftaran kurang teliti dan tidak fokus: 1. Merek oli yang di minta, lain dengan yang di input dan akhirnya di isi di mesin. 2. Sudah minta untuk pake engine flushing, ternyata tidak di input dan akhirnya tidak di aplikasiin.
