Ban nya memang bagus tapi pelayanan selama saya di sana kurang baik. Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan B-Quik untuk siapapun di tempat itu. Awalnya saya diberikan penjelasan dengan jenis Ban Bridgestone lain dibilangnya ada garansi lalu saya iya kan tapi ternyata karena ban lain saya beda jenis lalu diganti dengan Bridgstone techno agar sama, namun tidak diberi kejelasan tentang garansi. Jika diawal diberitahu ada garansi namun merek sama dan jenis lain tidak itu harusnya diberi tahu, bukan didiamkan. Jika saya tau ada garansi kan diganti semuanya biar jelas ada garansi. Saat diconfront yang layaninnya ga mau ngaku terus orang customer service disana perempuan diam padahal dia juga mendengarkan malah dengan juteknya tidak menggubris komplain saya sehingga saya cabut dari sana karena kesal dan tidak mau menimbulkan kegaduhan. Saya sudah marah-marah ke mereka pun tidak gubris. So yes, there will be B-quik no more. Thank you.

• All warranties given by B-Quik apply from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise; a purchase invoice is your guarantee. For each individual warranty, original or digital invoices must be provided. • When a claim is made during the warranty period, the product will be replaced, and an investigation will be launched. • Warranty claims will only be acknowledged when the vehicle and the invoice are presented at B-Quik. • A warranty is acknowledged when the damage is caused by manufacturing defects or improper installation by B-Quik. • Damage because of wrong use of the product; damage because of wear and tear, natural erosion, and product modification. • The length of time required to inspect and the method for verifying the damage occurred depends on the manufacturing company. • In the case of product replacement, the warranty starts from the date of replacement. • The warranty period is based on the date or mileage - whichever comes first - exclusively for commercial use. • If the customer has modified work done in another place without permission from B-Quik, B-Quik not be responsible for costs incurred. • Guarantees on products and services only apply when the system is complete and there are no modifications to the system.
